Orthopaedic Surgeon: Foot and Ankle Specialist

Dr Jaco Naudé is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon with a dedicated focus on foot and ankle surgery. He earned his MMed Orthopedic Surgery with distinction. He also completed a travelling orthopedic fellowship at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh during this time. Following specialist training at Steve Biko Academic Hospital, Dr Naudé refined his expertise through the South African Orthopedic Association Foot and Ankle Fellowship (Wits & Linksfield Hospital).
He has been in private practice since 2021. Dr. Naudé performs same day surgery at Cure Day Hospitals Erasmuskloof. These surgeries include but are not exclusive to removal of hardware (feet), midfoot reduction & arthrodesis, ankle orifs, syndesmosis repairs, and foot neuroma excisions.
His practice covers elective and trauma related foot and ankle conditions, with a strong emphasis on patient centered care, precision surgery, and evidence-based treatment.
Dr Naudé remains actively involved in academics, contributing to peer reviewed publications and participating in international courses and conferences. Outside of clinical work, he is a devoted husband and father, with interests in cycling, hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities.
