Orthopaedic surgeon: special interest in Foot and Hand Surgery

Dr Neels Prinsloo is an Orthopedic surgeon in private practice since qualifying from the University of Pretoria in 2001. After working at 1 Military Hospital as consultant until 2005 he has been in full-time private practice mainly based in Centurion, Pretoria
Dr Prinsloo, who himself has run 11 Comrades Marathon’s and is entered for his 12th this year, has a general orthopedic surgery practice with special interest in hand and foot surgery.
Dr Neels Prinsloo is married to Dr Nikki van der Walt, also an orthopedic surgeon and between two busy practices they have managed to raise two kids, the youngest still at school.
When operating at Cure Day Hospitals Erasmuskloof he does among other procedures, cmc-joint replacements, fingers dip-joint fusions, finger ganglion excision, Infiltrations, carpal tunnel releases, nerve neurolysis, tendon synovectomies and trapezium excision with ligament reconstruction.
