Orthopaedic surgeon: special interest in Sports Orthopaedics

Dr East is qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon in 2011. He has been in private practice since 2012. He is based at an acute facility in the east of Pretoria and perform his day procedures at Cure Day Hospitals Erasmuskloof. He has a special interest in Sports Orthopaedics, especially Knee Ligament and Meniscal Injuries, Ankle Injuries, Hip Injuries and Wrist and Hand Pathologies. He also has an interest in Hip and Knee Arthroplasty.
Dr. East extensively attended further education and courses in his field, locally and internationally, and his relevant experience is vast.
He has previously contributed to various reputable orthopedic journals and is a seasoned speaker at South African Orthopedic congresses.
Outside work, he is an active mountain biker and play social golf.
Dr East performs various procedures at Cure Day Hospitals Erasmuskloof: Hip infiltrations, knee infiltrations, K-wires, carpal tunnel release, and radio frequency plantar fasciitis (feet),
