We are delighted to announce that Sr Yolande van Heerden will be joining Cure Day Hospitals Mbombela as the Hospital Manager, effective 1 December 2024. With over 20 years of extensive experience in both nursing and healthcare management, Sr Yolande brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our growing team.
Sr Yolande began her career as a registered nurse specialising in ICU and high care, progressing to various leadership roles in theatre management, case management, and dialysis unit coordination. Her career highlights include overseeing operations at Life Peglerae Hospital in Rustenburg, Bokamoso Private Hospital in Botswana, and most recently, as the Theatre and CSSD Unit Manager at Cormed Clinic in Vanderbijlpark.
Her leadership style focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, optimising operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with staff and stakeholders alike. Sr Yolande’s passion for service excellence and her deep understanding of the private healthcare sector makes her the ideal candidate to lead our team at Cure Day Hospitals Mbombela.
