We would like to welcome Dr Wicus Malherbe an Ophthalmologist to the Cure Day Clinics Paarl family.
Doctor Malherbe obtained his MBChB at the University of the Free State in 2006. He then completed his internship at Pietermaritzburg Hospital where he also gained an interest in Ophthalmology.
He did his community service in East London and had the opportunity to work in a 6 month ophthalmology rotation where he stayed on in the department for another year.
Doctor Malherbe worked as a medical official at FH Odendaal Hospital in Modimolle for two years. He then gained his qualification, FC Ophth (SA) and MMED in Opthalmology at Groote Schuur Hospital.
He is currently busy with his Vitreo-retinolthy fellowship at UCT which will end in April 2018.
Doctor Malherbe joined Dr Berry’s practise in Paarl and will be available on a Monday and Thursday for consultations.
