Dr Dehan Struwig qualified as a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the University of Stellenbosch (M.Med.) (Plast&Reconstr) (Stell) in 2000. He started his private practice at Vincent Pallotti Hospital in 2001, and has rooms at Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital since March 2007.
Dr Struwig is now expanding his private practice to Paarl. Initially he will be available for consultations and surgeries twice a month. This can be expanded as the need arises. Dr Struwig also successfully conducts telephonic initial consultations in support of patients’ needs during the Covid19 pandemic.
Dr Struwig enjoys the diversity of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Skin cancer surgery forms an integral part of his practice. His passions are surgical and non-surgical cosmetic surgery of the face and cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Abdominoplasty and liposuction procedures are part of his cosmetic surgery practice.
