We are pleased to announce the appointment of Franswa Malan as New Business Development Manager, effective 1 March 2026.
Franswa joins Cure Day Hospitals with extensive experience in hospital operations, financial management and strategic development within the healthcare sector. He has held senior roles within Life Healthcare and previously served as Group Financial Manager within a specialised hospital management environment focused on day hospital expansion.
A Chartered Accountant (SA), Franswa brings over a decade of experience in financial reporting, governance implementation, strategic modelling, operational support and hospital management exposure. He will play a key role in advancing Cure Day Hospitals’ growth portfolio, supporting new hospital developments, strategic partnerships, growth initiatives and commercial optimisation across the Group. His strategic insight, analytical capability and operational understanding of the hospital environment will add significant value as we continue to expand our footprint nationally.
