Inspiring Healthy Smiles: A Special Visit to Midstream College Pre-Primary

At Cure Day Hospitals Midstream, we believe that caring for the community begins with education — especially when it comes to our youngest learners. As part of Midstream College Pre-Primary School’s theme, “People Who Help Us,” we had the wonderful opportunity to visit the school with one of our trusted dental professionals, Dr Zahwa Jagot dentist at Care Dental Studio, to teach the children about the important role dentists play in keeping our smiles healthy.

The excited learners gathered for an engaging and interactive talk where Dr Zahwa explained, in a fun and child-friendly way, how dentists help take care of our teeth and why brushing every day is so important. The children were fascinated to learn how small habits like brushing, flossing, eating healthy and visiting the dentist can keep their smiles strong and bright.

To make the visit even more memorable, each child received a special gift bag containing a toothbrush and toothpaste to encourage good dental habits at home. And of course, the biggest star of the day was our lovable mascot, Jack the Curious Dog, who joined the lesson and brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and high-fives.

Moments like these remind us how powerful early education can be. By teaching children about oral health in a positive and exciting way, we hope to inspire lifelong habits that support healthy, confident smiles.
