Cure Day Hospitals lives out our “C” for Compassion in our Cure values, and proudly participate yearly in various community initiatives for Mandela Day. The theme for Mandela Day 2023 is “The Legacy Lives Through You” and we have done just that. Cure partnered with Paarl Provincial Hospital and Smith and Nephew to assist children with Tonsillectomy procedures.
Dr Grobbelaar and Dr Naude performed the operations and comes with a wealth of experience.
Dr Grobbelaar is the Head of ENT Department at Stellenbosch University and Tygerberg Hospital and Dr Naude is the senior Otorhinolaryngologist for UCT at the Red Cross Childrens hospital.
We would like to thank Smith and Nephew, Dr Grobbelaar, Dr Naude, Safeline, Dr West, Paarl Provincial Hospitals Anaesthetist and Cure Paarl nursing staff for their service and time to make this project a success.
