Cure Day Hospitals is a dynamic and energetic company that is expanding rapidly with Fifteen (15) operational hospitals. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic THEATRE STOCK CONTROLLER ASSISTANT to join our team in PAARL, CAPE TOWN.

KEY OUTPUTS
- Management of theatre stock and equipment charging.
- Responsible for stock control in theatre including optimum stock levels, credits, wastages, expired and aged stock, stock takes, etc.
- Assist in the theatre billing process.
- Responsible for the administration of consignment stock.
- Responsible for maintaining of Theatre charge sheets.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of Grade 12.
- Commercial/nursing qualifications is preferable.
- Minimum 2 year’s work experience in similar role.
- Previous experience in a day hospital will be to your advantage.
- Assist the Stock Controller during Stock Take with all the necessary administration.
- Assisting the Stock Controller on a day-to-day basis with all daily duties, as required.
- Monitor changes to stock bins and make necessary changes to Batch Stock Binning.
- Responsible for checking and making sure that all theatre backings, in the patients file, has been marked for billing.
- Receiving, filing and copying of original invoices.
- Computer literacy including, Microsoft Office.
