Cure Somerset West provided Ear surgery for an abandoned 7 month old child at risk of permanent deafness and long term speech problems. She was found by the side of the road approximately 12 hours after birth. Before adoption she needed grommets as one ear still had some hearing but very faint and the grommets will help reduce the infection.
