Welcome – Carmen Bester

Carmen Bester has 12 years nursing experience, 8 years of Operating theatre experience and 2 years of Managerial experience. She is a highly motivated individual with strong work ethic, excellent nursing, leadership and communication skills.

Carmen Bester started her Nursing career in 2009 and completed her 4-year BCUR degree in nursing ( General, Psychiatry and Midwifery) and completed her community service year in 2013 ( Emergency department).
She has a passion for theatre nursing. Carmen studied further and obtained her postgraduate Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing Science – Operating Nursing Science Theatre Technique, specialising in theatre nursing science. Carmen is looking forward to extend her knowledge through studying nursing and leadership management in the near future.
Reading and exploring nature via hikes and camping is Carmen’s hobbies and she challenge herself to complete one multiday hike per year.
