Nicole Stecher qualified as a Professional Nurse in 1990 (4yr Nursing Diploma in General, Midwifery, Community and Psychiatric Nursing).
She has experience in Midwifery, anaesthetics and operating theatre nursing science. She completed a Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing Science (2011), Nursing Education (2018) and a Masters in Nursing (2016).
After 15 years of operating theatre experience as a scrub sister she is embarking on a new opportunity to grow in leadership and management. Good relationships, organisation, professionalism and patient safety is high on her list.
Nicole enjoys outdoor activities and getting to know people.
