“In 2016 a cyst close to the size of a tennis ball was removed from child Dumi’s (11 years old at the time) palate. Unfortunately, the whole cavity could not be closed and he needed to wear a plate to cover the cavity and prevent food from entering his nose and airway. He struggled to eat and lost a lot of weight.
